This one is licensed, and more than one credential applies: NCCER Core + Craft (Carpentry / Electrical / Welding), Journeyman Electrician (Indiana local licensure), and Master Electrician License. This is a sequence, not a menu. The craft training is a way in, the journeyman licence is what lets you do the work, and master comes later and needs journeyman time behind it.
