Input-output economic impact modeling for development proposals. Direct, indirect and induced jobs, earnings and output using Lightcast regional multipliers for 946 industries (regional input-output basis, no accuracy percentage claimed; there is no external benchmark yet). The closure is Type Lightcast: Type II's household spending plus long-term investment and government spending, so it runs broader than a Type II or RIMS II figure. Also models fiscal impact (DLGF property tax, local income tax, permit fees, net city and county revenue) and school impact (per-pupil cost by district).
